CANCELLATION POLICY:
Business Policy:
- Clients who purchase a 10-session or 20-session package are expected to complete their sessions within the designated time frame.
- If a client misses a few sessions, they will have an additional three (3) weeks from the original completion date of their package to make up for the missed sessions.
- The expiry extension begins from the date the package was originally supposed to be completed, not from the last attended session.
- After the additional three weeks, any remaining unused sessions will expire and cannot be refunded, transferred, or extended further.
At Applebells Fitness, we strive to provide a structured and efficient scheduling process to ensure all clients receive their preferred time slots. Please review our scheduling and confirmation policy below:
- Weekly Scheduling Process
- At the end of each week, Your trainer, will send out availability for the upcoming week.
- Clients must confirm their availability before the start of the new week to secure their preferred time slot (unless we have already discussed a set schedule).
- Time Slot Availability
- Scheduling is done on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If a client does not confirm their availability in time, their preferred time slot may no longer be available.
- Late Confirmations
- Clients who confirm late may need to select from remaining available slots.
- If no slots are available, the session may need to be rescheduled to the following week.
- Commitment & Responsibility
- Clients are responsible for timely communication to ensure a smooth scheduling process.
- Regular attendance helps maintain progress and consistency in your fitness journey.
Additional policies:
To ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s time, the following policies are in place:
No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without providing any notice will be charged the full session rate.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $25 late cancellation fee.
Payment Policy: All payments must be made prior to the start of each session.
