
Kettlebell Basics and Skills Program (45 min session, once a week):
Do you feel like you’re struggling with how to do specific kettlebell moves like Kb swing, snatch or clean? Well this section is for YOU! We will have one day in the week where we hone in on a specific exercise, break it down step by step and work towards mastering how to perform this move confidently and safely. I will guide you every step of the way and provide regressions/progressions PLUS some drills to help sharpen up your skills so that you can execute it with great control and ease.
We will cover 5 different exercises over the course of 6 weeks! These exercises include kb deadlift, swing, clean, military press and snatch. For the last week, we will have some fun with complexes and putting all the exercises we learned together. My goal with this skills section is to help you build that comfortability and confidence with doing these exercises. FORM OVER LOAD! Master the technique, so that you feel safe and good when you progressively overload!
